1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, "44royal", "we", "platform" refers to the website and all services offered through 44royal.one. "Player", "user" or "you" refers to any individual who registers or uses this platform. "Terms" means the entirety of this Terms and Conditions document together with any amendments made from time to time.

These Terms cover all aspects of platform use, including but not limited to online slots, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and interactions with customer service. By accessing or using any part of the 44royal platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here.

2. Membership Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

• Players are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account.
• Selling, transferring or giving account access to another party is not permitted.
• Use of automated software, bots or third-party tools to access the platform is prohibited.
• Personal information registered must be consistent with official identification documents (MyKad or passport).

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

44royal accepts deposits via various local and crypto payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay as well as cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

• All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and may result in funds being withheld or returned.
• The exchange rate for crypto deposits will be based on the current market rate at the time the transaction is processed.
• 44royal is not responsible for any losses resulting from delays or errors originating from third parties such as e-wallet providers or banks.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request to an account registered in their own name. The withdrawal processing period is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet in the same player's name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
• For players who have received a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be made.
• 44royal reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal request may be placed on hold until an internal investigation is completed.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

44royal offers various bonuses to players, subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. No bonus may be withdrawn as cash until the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made.

• Bonuses may only be used for betting within the platform and not for direct withdrawal.
• 44royal reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Each player is only eligible for the Welcome Bonus once, on their first deposit.
• Other promotions offered from time to time carry their own wagering requirements, which will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

The 44royal VIP Programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% respectively. Players are promoted to a higher tier based on their overall betting activity and performance.

7. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 44royal platform are subject to the respective game rules as set by the game providers. In the event of a technical conflict or system error, 44royal reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the funds to the player.

• Bet results recorded by the 44royal system are final and binding.
• The use of any unauthorised method to gain an advantage — such as specialised software, collusion between players, or exploitation of system bugs — is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed during significant technical disruptions may be reviewed and decided at the discretion of management.
• Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or exploit the payment system or bonuses will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Player Conduct and Ethics

Players are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and ethical manner when interacting with the 44royal platform and support staff. Any form of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at staff or other players will not be tolerated.

• The use of profanity, threats, or inappropriate content in any communication channel is prohibited.

9. Account Suspension, Closure and Deactivation
